You may have seen an ad on TV wherein a small child and an adult are seated together for dinner on a cruise ship.  As the child stares at the unknown adult, no words are spoken and the adult begins to become uncomfortable.  This was standard dining on most cruise ships until Norwegian Cruise developed Freestyle dining.  Thus, you can choose the restaurant, the time, and the seating arrangements for you and your family.
